Bethany Smith LMT Owner

I have been with Back On Track since June 2018 and became the new owner Jan 1, 2024. I am a licensed massage therapist through the State Nursing Board. My specialty and passion is Deep Tissue, which I have come to really love. I have been trained in Cupping, Prenatal, Neural Reset Therapy, Lymphatic with Acupressure.

I immediately fell in love with Back On Track and what it stood for. I trained under Catherine Slagell who took me in and helped me be who I am today, which I will be forever grateful for. What a privilege to have been asked to take over her business and carry on her name.  Back On Track is more than a business, we are a family. 

 

Tracy Dittman LMT

Tracy has been a massage therapist for 16 years. Before working in a spa, she worked in a PT clinic for a year. Her interest are hiking, gardening, piano and drawing. She enjoys visiting people and hearing about their lives.
